Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Only full-price items are eligible for return; sale items are not eligible.
• Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please contact us at sh005@shieldon.net with your order number and the reason for the return. Include photos of the unused knife and its original packaging.
• US Orders: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for US orders. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.
• International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable courier and insuring your package, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

• Processing: Once we receive and confirm the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 7 working days to the original payment method.
• Conditions: If the returned item shows signs of damage or use, additional fees may be deducted from your refund.
• Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at sh005@shieldon.net.

Replacements

• Quality Issues: If you receive a defective product, please email us within 72 hours with a video demonstrating the issue and your order number.
• Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong item, retain all contents, including packaging, and contact us within 72 hours with your order number for return instructions.
